Check the status page for an ongoing incident first. If nothing is reported, email us with the details listed below.
Plans and credit costs are on the pricing page. For invoices, refunds, or a plan change, email billing support from the address on your account.
Setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP clients is in the integration docs. Review or revoke connected apps in your dashboard. For a bug in one of our open-source integrations, open an issue in its repository on GitHub.
Report them as described on the security page, not in public channels.
To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, use the data request form. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
What to include
A report with these details can usually be answered without a follow-up question:
- The email address on your Anakin account
- The endpoint or tool you called, such as /v1/url-scraper or the scrape tool
- The job ID or request ID from the response, if there is one
- When it happened, with your time zone
- The full error message, and what you expected instead
Never send your API key, passwords, or other credentials. We will never ask for them.
